Has anyone mastered "controlled walkouts" dsdof dream body ? experienced dreamers do so.. others just
go to sleep and then find themselves in second attention, but this time when body is starting to sleep is not controlled
its most likely simple sleep. I know that experienced dreamers can control themselves while starting to sleep, then they without loosing
control walkout from their body and enter second attention, it seems very hard to me cause i cant even start to sleep in day (which is practice time).. can anyone share some feelings while mixing first and second attentions ?
