I have had those feelings two times in my life, which Carlos describe as the jumps and varied states of consciousness, I've found in "Tales of Power" that don Juan describe those as nagual outbreaks. I can nearly call those outbreaks myself when thinking about specific things. for example like "who we are? what kind of things are behind our senses?" and some other things which can be related to movie matrix:D.. does anybody wonder about that ? or/and maybe practice those methods ? but bullshit.. in the same book i've found that nagual should be showed ONLY BY teacher :\
