i just wanted to share my expreiences with tensegrity and that it works.
Before i have studied Tensegrity i studied Qi Gong. to me they are the same except i was taught qi gong in the context of healing with energy. Tensegrity and qi gong were exercises to create energy awareness and circulation and accumlation of qi(energy). Its good to have a teacher becuase they are the ones who are sensitive enough to know if you are doing it correctly. but if you do not have access to one it will take a bit longer for you to know what the energy feels like and how to move it by will and movement.I had the chance to have a teacher project energy to the students as a way of helping the student know what it feels like.
now with all that. i want to talk about use of power plants along with tensegrity or qi gong practice. i am sensetive and can feel energy from my body and feel it ciruculate at will. this took lots of practice and experience.when i used power plants with my tensegirty ,i got great result and i saw the effect of the expercises on my energy body.for those who say seeing is believing power plants did this for me. i only suggest power plants for the use of sensitivity when it comes to these practices.i think when it comes to power plants INTENT is the most important thing . taking power plants just for the hell of it is a good way to waste it. not saying that you might not have a great experience just saying that the energies might be a bit scattered.

Re: tensegrity
Fri, October 6, 2006 - 6:07 AMHello, I am very interesting in C.C books and Don Juans teachings now. I am practising yoga for about 1.5 year and want to take something more. I started reading from first C.C's books (the teachings of don Juan) however i feel a bit scared about those plants. What exact effects tensegrity has ? i think want to take it for a practice to develop will/intent. Can you advice something to me ? -

Fri, October 6, 2006 - 10:24 AMtensegrity effects can be sensitivity to energy. manipulation of energy, ciruclation of energyin and around your body, expelling and taking in of energy. if you want to learn tensegrity dont focus on the movemnet of your body so much. instead focus on the movement of your energy. visualization works good for this too.
btw way plants are great if you want to unlockdoors. power plants give you the key. you dont have to take them they are only a tool. power plants and tensegrity to gether make a interesting combination though. -
