from my own interpretations of what i read about recapitualtion in the books, its its basically going through your whole life and releasing it. i remember one recount from someone, i cant remember whom.... where a box was built around her and she would sit in the box ddaily for long periods of time and simple go back over her life....
maybe im seeing it a bit too simply but, i believe its really just going over every moment of your life in your own head and releasing it, so recapping youre own lost energies from time when you were... well.. from any times in your life really, it part of the recap proccess.
i say, and this is simply what i was thinking of doing, lock yourself in a closet, or make yourself a box, away from people and distractions and recap in the box.. im not too sure about the turning your head thing, but i havent researched recapping much further then what i had learn from the books...
but its in there.... more likely its in one of the ones closer to the end of the series...
